The athlete downloads the app, registers as a user and off they go. The coach creates a coach profile on the MASS web portal. Now you’re ready to train the athlete’s mental skills and get a shared insight into training progress. You have your own digital mental training assistant.

MASS works with three areas of sports psychology: Attention – Focusing (A), Inner Dialogues (W) and Process Goals (P). In total, there are five mental tools that can be used on the pitch, during training and in matches.
